Our Damascus steel is a combination of 1095 and 15N20 high and low carbon steels with over 520 layers. We use some special techniques during forging which results in a stunning pattern and affects on the blade. Our blade hardness is up to 58 HRC on Rockwell scale. Our Damascus blade has a super strong core and is coated with 520 layers of Damascus steel to add extra strength and protect your knife. Our blades are very sharp. We know what materials they need to be made from so they will last a lifetime.
We continue our search for forging techniques and we are designing practical blades and axes so that a final customer (hunter, camper etc.) can have a good use of it. No design is issued in the market without practical experience. We focus lots of points in mind such as its balance, it should fit in the hands and it should be practical and useful when it is needed.
